1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the 1win.com platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses or uses any service offered through 1wincom.vip. By using the platform, you confirm that:

• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines;

6.3 Finality of Results

6.4 Malfunction Policy

10. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain account security;
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in platform availability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures;
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the platform;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1win.com makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by 1win.com

1win.com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the direction of a regulatory authority.

11.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting 1win.com support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance with these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The platform operates in alignment with guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 1win.com platform, you agree to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1win.com with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
